In organisations, culture starts with the board. It’s so important that the rest of the organisation has great behaviour and attitudes to model theirs on.
What problem does it solve?
Board sessions can help specific issues or decisions the board needs to make.
One part of the session would ask members to reflect on their culture and their contribution to the organisation. Getting familiarised with some of the thinking around how you create positive success in workplaces and what their contribution is to that, as a board, is vital. Or if there’s friction, I can help them to work through it.
